Tina Lindner Building Design

This elegant design response for a small alteration and addition project was a unanimous winner. The designers have adopted good planning and a great use of forms and materials to partition the laundry and the butler’s pantry from the main kitchen area, incorporating the use of clear windows for natural light to fill these spaces.

The kitchen renovation is beautifully designed and executed using large setbacks to the cupboard base, allowing these elements to appear as though they are floating. The main timber benchtop is cantilevered to create a floating appearance. The powder room is beautifully connected to the other areas of the renovation, adopting harmonious design in texture and colour. The outdoor entertainment area also adopts a similar approach, utilising natural materials which complement and work seamlessly with the other spaces.
