As part of the design brief, the client wanted the project to showcase their skills as a plumbing and roofing contractor. A lot of care and attention to detailing has been invested in this project from every façade angle and even the rooftop view; the evidence is there.
Manually formed standing seam wall claddings were manually formed to a bespoke profile, involving folding individual sections of Colorbond steel into individual channels and manually joining the seams. These are perfectly spaced for each and every individual elevation to align and match the window and door frames and mullions, including changes of direction, concealed box gutters, parapet capping and concealed window flashings.
The use of steel and its design and application make this the winner.
